Alejandro Pombo
Alejandro Pombo founded Alfa Innovations in 2007. Prior to that, he had extensive experience in residential and commercial construction projects.
Also, for the past 15 years he has been acquiring significant knowledge and experience in sales, management, and finance.
Julia Bobe
Julia has been with Alfa Innovations since its inception as an Office Manager. She handles the day-to-day general administrative and office duties as well as the accounting and business planning.
She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 20 years of Accounting and Finance experience from different companies and industries.
Robert Munilla
Robert started working with painting and contracting companies in 2002 and joined the Alfa Innovations team in 2009. He is our Regional Manager and oversees every project.
Robert has extensive experience in quality control, in both residential and commercial projects.
Alex Delgado
Alex Delgado is our Senior Project Manager.
He has over 15 years of experience in residential and commercial construction projects, and he oversees the daily operations and scheduling.
Juan Ayala
Juan Ayala is our Field Supervisor.
He has been managing residential projects for over 5 years and he supervises the crews on a daily basis.
Jose F. Resendiz
Jose Resendiz is our Pool Manager.
He has been managing the construction of pools and retaining walls for residential and commercial projects for more than 10 years.
